Weavers

For more than three hundred years, linen was Ireland’s largest industry. Inspired by our ancestors’ industrial spirits and created in honour of the men and women who toiled in the flax fields and laboured in the linen mills of Ulster, we have created Weavers Irish Spirits.

Weavers Irish Gin

Nose

A citrus burst of grapefruit, lime and lemon interwoven with delicately sweet lavender, rose and jasmine as fresh and clean as the linen this dry gin is inspired by.

Palate

A rich tapestry of flavours. Zesty citrus and juniper making way for gentle peppery heat, delicately balanced with velvety sweet pear, honey, jasmine and calming elderflower.

Finish

A subtle woody finish. Earthy underpinnings of almond, flax and angelica root delicately draped in warming clove and threaded with hints of juicy oranges.

Serve

One part Weavers Irish Gin to three parts premium tonic. Garnish with a slice of orange and fresh rosemary over ice.

“Crisp, Cool, Clean”

Like the linen it is inspired by.

The Weavers Story

We Were Weavers

For more than three hundred years, linen was Ireland’s most important industry. From flax fields to linen mills, from bleaching greens to drapers’ shops, linen had a presence in almost every city, town and rural community in Ireland.

Irish linen was famous around the world. It adorned the tables of royalty, graced the dressing rooms of the rich and famous. It even coated the wings of the first airplanes and helped some of the first aviators take to the skies, including the Royal Flying Corps in World War One.

In honour our proud linen heritage, we have created Weavers Gin. From the beautiful flax flower blue hue of the bottle to the inclusion of Irish flax seeds seeds among our carefully selected botanicals, every aspect of this stunning gin has been designed to celebrate the story of Irish linen.

Strong and beautiful, timeless and elegant, premium and refined. This is Weavers Gin.
