Weavers Blueberry Gimlet

Weavers Gin, lime and blueberries. A perfect balance of flavours for a refreshing cocktail made with Ireland’s Best Classic Gin.

You Will Need

60ml Weavers Dry Gin

15ml Blueberry Syrup

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

Ice for Shaking

Buy Weavers Gin

Method

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

Shake well over ice

Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass

Garnish with fresh blueberries

Make your own Blueberry Syrup

1. Add 200g frozen blueberries and 200g caster sugar to a ziploc bag

2. Sit at room temperature for 24 hours

3. Pass through a sieve, bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
