Weavers Maid

A beautifully fresh and floral gin cocktail, reminiscent of the finest Irish linen.

You Will Need

35ml Weavers Irish Dry Gin

15ml St Germain or other elderflower liqueur

25ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

2 slices of cucumber

Ice for shaking

Shop Weavers Gin

Method

Gently muddle two slices of cucumber in the base of a cocktail shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake over ice.
Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
