60ml Weavers Dry Gin

15ml Blueberry Syrup

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

Ice for Shaking

Buy Weavers Gin

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

Shake well over ice

Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass

Garnish with fresh blueberries

Make your own Blueberry Syrup

1. Add 200g frozen blueberries and 200g caster sugar to a ziploc bag

2. Sit at room temperature for 24 hours

3. Pass through a sieve, bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
