A whiskey collins, with a splash of the festive Spirit of Belfast. A refreshing cocktail with Dunville’s Three Crowns Irish Whiskey.

You Will Need

50ml Dunville’s Three Crowns

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

Soda Water

 

Buy Dunville's Three Crowns Whiskey

Method

  1. Add ice to a highball glass.
  2. Add Dunville’s Three Crowns Whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup
  3. Garnish with a pineapple leave cut into the shape of a Christmas tree and decorated as festively as you wish.
  4. Serve with Christmas cheer.
