A pear and cinnamon infused cocktail for the festive season


You Will Need

50ml Dunville’s 1808

25ml fresh lemon juice

20ml Pear & Cinnamon

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

1 egg white (vegan option – 35ml chickpea brine)

Buy Dunville's 1808


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Dunville’s 1808, lemon juice, Pear & Cinnamon, Angostura Bitters
  3. Add egg white or chickpea brine (vegan option)
  4. Shake hard
  5. Double strain into a glass
  6. Garish with a few drops of bitters and a bay leaf
