Enjoy a sweet Christmas with this honey infused cocktail

You Will Need

60ml Weavers Gin

20ml fresh lemon juice

20ml honey syrup*

Ice

Lemon peel

Buy Weavers Gin

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Weavers Gin, lemon juice and honey syrup
  3. Shake well
  4. Double strain into an ice filled rocks glass
  5. Garnish with lemon peel

Make your own Honey Syrup

Mix two parts honey with one part boiling water in a heatproof jug or bowl and stir until combined
