50ml Jawbox Small Batch Gin

15ml lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

Soda water

6-8 mint leaves

Lime to garnish

1. Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass.

2. Add ice and Jawbox Gin and stir.

3. Top with soda water.

4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a wedge of lime.
