If you like gin and you like mojitos, then you’ll love this cocktail. Lemon, lime and mint. It doesn’t get more refreshing than this.

You Will Need

50ml Feckin Irish Gin

25ml lime juice

20ml sugar syrup

6-8 mint leaves

35ml soda water

Ice

Shop Feckin Gin

Method

Gently muddle mint leaves in the base of a cocktail shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake hard over ice.
Fine strain into an ice filled highball glass.
Top with soda water.
Gently mix and garnish with fresh mint and a wedge of lime.
