Flared Up Festive Flax

All the Christmas joy of mulled wine, but it’s gin. The perfect winter warmer for the festive season.


You Will Need

25ml Weavers Gin

100ml Mulled Gin Punch

For the Mulled Gin Punch

2 cinnamon sticks

10 cloves

2 star anise

Pink of ground All Spice

800ml pressed apple juice

200ml beetroot juice

Buy Weavers Gin


  1. Add Weavers Gin to a mug or heat proof glass
  2. Top with Mulled Gin Punch
  3. Enjoy

Make your own Mulled Gin Punch

  1. In a dry saucepan, toast the cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise and All Spice.
  2. Add apple juice and beetroot juice.
  3. Heat and stir occasionally until it begins to simmer.
  4. Once you can notice a hot apple crumble smell, remove from heat
  5. Pass through a sieve to remove the spices.
  6. Can be served directly into a heatproof glass or mug, or let it cool, bottle it and reheat to use within three days.
