Basil Smash

You will be in herby heaven with this perfect garden cocktail. If you don’t like basil, it’s just as good with mint or thyme.

You Will Need

50ml Feckin Irish Gin

20ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

12 basil leaves

Ice

Shop Feckin Gin

Method

  1. Gently muddle 12 basil leaves in the base of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the other ingredients and shake hard over ice.
  3. Fine strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
