Raise a toast to the ladies of the Irish linen industry with this beautifully refined Weavers Gin cocktail.

You Will Need

35ml Weavers Irish Dry Gin

15ml Creme De Peche

25ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

1 egg white

Ice for shaking

Shop Weavers Gin

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, without ice, and shake hard.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Fine strain in to a coupe or martini glass.
  4. Spray with rose water and garnish with rose petals.
