Tasting Notes
Nose – Light, sweet notes of chocolate covered foam banana sweets and assorted fruit candies give
way to glazed banana bread, mocha coffee, black forest gateau, rich vanilla crème anglaise and toffee
snaps.
Palate – Tempered honeycomb toffees, dried red apple crisps, and chili infused dark chocolate
interplay with sƟcky cinnamon morning buns, candied orange peel, crème brulée and dark fruit
compote.
Finish – The quality of the indulgent PX sherry casks comes into play here with fresh roasted figs,
stewed dates in syrup, and the long gentle caress of warming spices, oak, stem ginger, nutmeg and
clove.
Colour – Rich Dark Amber
