10ml Creme De Mure

20ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

2 fresh blackberries

50ml Champagne or sparkling wine

Ice for shaking

Add Weavers Gin, Creme De Mure, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake hard over ice.
Fine strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with Champagned or sparkling wine.
