Irish Christmas Coffee

Method

1. Pre-heat your glass.
2. Add Dunville’s 1808 and Demerara Syrup.
3. Top with double cream.
4. Grate some nutmeg over the top to garnish.

Make your own Demerara Syrup

Add 250g Demerara Sugar and 250ml water to a saucepan. Gently heat and stir until dissolved. Let cool before bottling or using in your cocktail.
