Echlinville Gin Collins

Method

1. Add Echlinville gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with two ice cubes.
2. Shake hard until the ice cubes have dissolved.
3. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Add premium soda and gently mix.
5. Garnish with lemon wheel and enjoy.
