You Will Need

50ml Dunville’s Three Crowns Irish Whiskey

25ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

50ml premium soda water

Lemon wheel

Ice for shaking

Method

  1. Add Dunville’s Three Crowns Whiskey, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with two ice cubes.
  2. Shake hard until the ice cubes have dissolved.
  3. Pour into an ice filled highball glass.
  4. Top with premium soda water.
  5. Gently mix and garnish with a slice of lemon.
