Dunville’s has expanded its core range of Exceptional Sherry Cask Finishes with a 23 year old Single Malt with Dunville’s signature Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask finish.
Dunville’s 23 Year Old PX Sherry Cask Finish boasts the biggest age statement in the brand’s core portfolio, with this exquisite Irish single malt finished in PX sherry hogsheads for almost six years, non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% abv.
Jarlath Watson, Head of Whiskey at Dunville’s Irish Whiskey said: “We are delighted to enhance our line-up of Exceptional Sherry Cask Finishes with Dunville’s PX 23 Year Old Single Malt – our biggest age statement whiskey to date.
“This whiskey features all the big hitting PX sherry notes that Dunville’s customers know and love – roasted figs, stewed dates, chocolate, cinnamon and apple, and of course that splendid candied orange grace note that is synonymous with Dunville’s PX whiskeys.
“Dunville’s PX 23 joins our core range of award-winning Irish whiskeys, which showcase the nuanced variance in flavour imparted by three different types of sherry casks – Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and Palo Cortado.
“This latest release sits alongside our existing Dunville’s PX 10 and 12 year old expressions, our 20 year old Oloroso sherry cask finish whiskey, and our 10 and 21 year old Palo Cortado sherry cask finishes to complete a repertoire of exquisite single malt whiskeys that have earned Dunville’s a reputation as the home of exceptional sherry cask finishes.”
Dunville’s PX 23 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is available from specialist whiskey shops and from The Echlinville Distillery shop at RRP £245.
