35ml Echlinville Irish Pot Still Gin

15ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

50ml Champagne, Prosecco or sparkling wine

Lemon peel

Ice for shaking

Shop Echlinville Gin

Add Echlinville gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake well.
Fine strain into a champagne flute.
Top with Champagne, Prosecco or sparkling wine.
Garnish with a long twist of lemon peel.
