Echlinville Gin Collins

The perfect summer gin cocktail. Refreshingly simple.

You Will Need

50ml Echlinville Pot Still Irish Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

50ml premium soda

Lemon wheel

Ice

Shop Echlinville Gin

Method

  1. Add Echlinville gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with two ice cubes.
  2. Shake hard until the ice cubes have dissolved.
  3. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Add premium soda and gently mix.
  5. Garnish with lemon wheel and enjoy.
