You Will Need

35ml Dunville’s 1808 Blended Irish Whiskey

120ml premium ginger ale

Lime wedge

Ice

Shop Dunville's 1808

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour a measure of Dunville’s 1808 and top with ginger ale.
Gently mix.
Garnish with a fresh wedge of lime.
