You Will Need

50ml Feckin Irish Whiskey

25ml fresh lemon juice

25ml honey syrup (make your own with three parts honey and one part water)

Lemon wedge

Ice for shaking

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake hard over ice.
  3. Fine strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
